CEAT Limited’s Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting a consolidated revenue of ₹3,772.7 crore, up by 14.2% Y-o-Y. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Apurva Chandra and Mr. Paras K. Chowdhary as Additional Directors. Mr. Banerjee, MD & CEO stated that with a positive growth momentum, CEAT looks forward to double digit growth in the second half of the year.
Financial Performance Highlights
CEAT Limited reported strong financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-2026:
- Consolidated revenue reached ₹3,772.7 crore, marking a 14.2% increase compared to the same quarter last year.
- EBITDA margin stood at 13.5%.
- Net profit for the quarter was ₹185.7 crore.
- EBITDA for the quarter ending September 30, 2025 was ₹510.6 Cr compared to ₹386.2 Cr in the previous quarter.
Leadership Appointments
The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of two additional directors:
- Mr. Apurva Chandra: Appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Director, effective October 17, 2025, for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval.
- Mr. Paras K. Chowdhary: Appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective October 17, 2025, liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholder approval.
