CarTrade Tech reported its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, showcasing the highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹228.37 crores, an increase of 18% compared to the previous year. EBITDA grew significantly by 56% to reach ₹78.25 crores. The Profit After Tax (PAT) amounted to ₹61.52 crores, reflecting a 35% year-over-year growth. Excluding the impact of the New Labour Code, PAT would have been ₹68.03 crores, representing a 49% growth. EBITDA margins hit a record high of 37% during the quarter.

CarTrade Tech delivered strong revenue and profit across all its business segments:

  • Consumer Group: Revenue increased by 27%, EBITDA growth of 55% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 43% in Q3 FY26.
  • Remarketing Business: Revenue increased by 12%, PAT increased by 68% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 30% in Q3 FY26.
  • OLX India: Revenue increased by 18%, EBITDA growth of 70% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 37% in Q3 FY26.

Operational Success

The company’s operational achievements include:

  • Engaging approximately 85 million average monthly unique visitors during Q3 FY26, with organic traffic contributing to 95%.
  • Operating across more than 500 physical locations, including Shriram Automall, CarWale abSure, and Signature dealerships, as well as OLX India franchise outlets.
  • Flagship digital platforms (CarWale, BikeWale, and OLX India) catering to more than 150 million annual unique visitors.
  • Remarketing business achieving an annualized run-rate of 1.9 million auction listings.
