Equity Share Sub-Division

Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) has officially set the record date for the sub-division or split of its equity shares. The announcement follows the successful completion of a postal ballot process where shareholders approved the proposed corporate action.

Record Date and Shareholding Structure

The company has fixed Friday, December 05, 2025, as the ‘Record Date’. This date will determine the entitlement of equity shareholders concerning the split of existing equity shares.

As a result of the sub-division, each existing equity share with a face value of INR 10 will be split into five equity shares, each having a face value of INR 2. These shares will be fully paid up and rank equally in all respects.

Shareholder Approval

The decision to proceed with the equity share split was based on the resolutions passed by the shareholders through a remote e-voting process. The voting results were finalized on Saturday, November 15, 2025, and the scrutinizer’s report has been filed with the stock exchange on November 17, 2025.
