Britannia Industries has announced key changes in its senior management team, effective December 15, 2025. These appointments are part of the company’s strategy to enhance its leadership capabilities and drive business growth.
Appointment of Abhishek Sinha
Mr. Abhishek Sinha has been appointed as the Chief Sales Transformation Officer. He has been associated with Britannia Industries since 2005 and has extensive experience in sales and business leadership within the consumer goods industry. Previously, Mr. Sinha served as the Chief Business Officer – Dairy. He successfully led Britannia’s Dairy Business for over 5 years and was instrumental in forming the joint venture with Bel SA, as well as in setting up the Company’s in-house Dairy Manufacturing Unit at Ranjangaon, Maharashtra. Earlier in his career with Britannia, he served as National Sales Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager for the West region.
Appointment of Subhashis Basu
Mr. Subhashis Basu has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer – Dairy. Mr. Basu brings over 3 decades of leadership experience in the FMCG and Dairy sectors. Before joining Britannia, Mr. Basu served as the Chief Executive Officer of Anik Milk Products Private Limited and as the Chief Commercial Director for Lactalis India, where he successfully led the unification of three major entities (Anik, Tirumala and Prabhat). His career also includes steering Prataap Snacks Limited to a successful IPO and holding key leadership roles at PepsiCo and Parle Products. Previously, he was responsible for launching iconic brands such as Quaker Oats in India.
