Mr. Das brings over 24 years of experience in driving growth and brand transformation across the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, having previously held senior leadership roles at organizations including Marico Limited, PepsiCo India, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India. He is recognized with several industry honors, including the CMO Leadership Award (2025).
Elevation within Marketing Leadership
Furthermore, the Board approved the elevation of Mr. Siddharth Gupta. Mr. Gupta, who was serving as General Manager – Marketing, has been elevated to the position of Vice President – Marketing. This elevation is effective from February 1, 2026. Mr. Gupta joined Britannia in 2018 and currently leads the marketing for the Biscuit, Wafer & Snack portfolio. Prior to Britannia, he held varied sales and marketing roles at Colgate Palmolive, starting in 2006.
