Project Scale and Location
The partnership is set to launch three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other geographies in South India. The expected Gross Development Value (GDV) for these upcoming projects is approximately Rs. 750 crores. Notably, two of these developments will be integrated within larger township projects, enhancing inclusivity and access to shared amenities.
These planned communities are designed to offer age-specific amenities, including wellness centres, hobby lounges, medical bays, and curated events, supporting residents across every life stage.
