The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 48% to ₹170 Crores. Pre-sales for the quarter reached ₹2,034 Crores. Collections for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹2,003 Crores.
Real Estate Segment
The real estate segment reported revenue of ₹951 Crores, a 31% increase from ₹727 Crores in Q2 FY25. Real estate collections were ₹1,528 Crores, compared to ₹1,470 Crores in the previous year. EBITDA for the real estate segment stood at ₹110 Crores. Pre-sales volume for the quarter was 1.90 Mn Sqft, valued at ₹2,034 Crores.
Leasing Performance
Revenue from the leasing segment reached ₹341 Crores, representing a 17% increase compared to Q2 FY25. EBITDA for leasing was ₹223 Crores. The portfolio occupancy rate stood at 92%, with an overall leased area of 8.67 Mn Sqft out of a total 9.38 Mn Sqft.
Hospitality Sector
The hospitality segment generated revenue of ₹138 Crores in Q2 FY26, a 16% increase over Q2 FY25. EBITDA for the hospitality sector was ₹42 Crores.
Leadership Update
Mr. Debashis Chatterjee has been appointed as an Independent Director, effective October 29, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Chatterjee has extensive experience in driving large-scale transformations and strategic growth initiatives.
