Brigade Enterprises showcased its performance for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, with notable achievements across its key business segments:
Real Estate (On-Sale Basis)
The company achieved presales of INR 1,750 Cr with a presales volume of 1.33 mn sft. The average realization stood at INR 13,142/sft, reflecting a growth of 16% compared to Q3 FY25. Brigade also launched Brigade Gateway, Hyderabad Ph2, covering an area of 1.19 mn sft.
Lease Rentals
The leasing portfolio maintained a consistent performance with 93% occupancy. Leasing revenue reached INR 325 Cr, marking a 16% increase year-over-year. Footfalls experienced a 5% increase, resulting in record retailer sales with a 16% growth, largely driven by cinema performance and the festive season.
Hospitality
Brigade Hotels showed strong performance, leading to hospitality revenue of INR 165 Cr and an EBITDA of INR 58 Cr, representing increases of 12% and 10%, respectively. The portfolio ARR stood at INR 7,852, a growth of 17%, with portfolio occupancies at 76%.
ESG Initiatives
The company secured a 3-Star rating in GRESB ESG assessment for FY 2024-25 and has received validation from Science Based Target Initiatives (SBTI) for its NetZero-Carbon Target. They also received the Global Sustainability Leadership Award 2025.
Ongoing Projects
As of Q3 FY26, Brigade has 27.31 mn sq. ft of ongoing projects, including real estate and leasing projects, with a total project area of 21.82 mn sq. ft as the Brigade’s share.
Upcoming Projects
Brigade has a pipeline of upcoming projects totaling 16.66 mn sft, including 12.45 mn sft of residential projects and 4.21 mn sft of commercial projects.
