Brigade Enterprises’ Board of Directors convened on January 30, 2026, approving the appointment of Yogesh Patel as the new CFO, effective February 2, 2026. Pradyumna Krishna Kumar steps down as Interim CFO but remains an Executive Director. Key Leadership Changes
Yogesh Patel has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective February 2, 2026. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the approval of the Audit Committee.
Pradyumna Krishna Kumar will be stepping down from his role as Interim CFO, effective February 2, 2026, but will continue to serve the company as an Executive Director.
Auditor Appointments
The Board approved the appointment of M/s Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
Additionally, M/s Murthy & Co. LLP has been appointed as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
Financial Results and Trading Window
The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, including the Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors.
The trading window, which was closed from January 1, 2026, will reopen on February 2, 2026.
Board Committee Reconstitution
The Board noted the completion of Lakshmi Venkatachalam’s second term as an Independent Director and approved the reconstitution of its committees.
Risk Management Committee:
M R Jaishankar will serve as Chairman, with Pradeep Kumar Panja, Amar Mysore, Roshin Mathew, and Debashis Chatterjee as Members.
Nomination and Remuneration Committee:
V. V. Ranganathan will act as Chairman, with Padmaja Chunduru, Dr. Venkatesh Panchapagesan, and Pradeep Kumar Panja as Members.
Stakeholders Relationship Committee:
Pradeep Kumar Panja will serve as Chairman, and Pavitra Shankar, Debashis Chatterjee, and Dr. Venkatesh Panchapagesan as Members.
Corporate Social Responsibility Committee:
M R Jaishankar is Chairman, with Abraham George Stephanos, Nirupa Shankar, and Debashis Chatterjee as Members.
