The board also approved the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as internal auditors and M/s Murthy & Co. LLP as cost auditors. Financial results for Q3 2026 were approved, and changes were made to the board committees. Pradyumna Krishna Kumar resigned as Interim CFO but remains an Executive Director.

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP has been appointed as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, M/s Murthy & Co. LLP was appointed as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
Financial Results Approval
The board approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q3 (October-December) and the nine months ending December 31, 2025. The Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors were also approved.
Board Committee Reconstitution
Following the completion of Lakshmi Venkatachalam’s second term as an Independent Director, the board approved the reconstitution of the Risk Management Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
