Brigade Group’s specialized managed workspace provider, BuzzWorks, has finalized a significant leasing agreement in Hyderabad. The client is MyComplianceOffice (MCO), a globally recognized regulatory technology (RegTech) and compliance technology company based in Dublin.
The agreement covers the lease of 550 seats at BuzzWorks’ facility located in Mindspace Business Park, Hyderabad. With this new addition, BuzzWorks’ cumulative leased office space within Hyderabad now stands at an impressive 1.1 lakh square feet.

The new office space is designated to accommodate MCO’s crucial central functions, including Product Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Global Operations, and developing AI-enabled Compliance Technology initiatives. This strategic move reflects MCO’s commitment to scaling its India operations seamlessly.
