The creation of Swara Corp. supports FirstCry’s strategic objectives in the disposable consumer hygiene product sector. FirstCry, through Swara Baby, holds 87.29% shareholding on a fully diluted basis. The incorporation aims to facilitate trading activities related to diapers and disposable consumer hygiene products. Initial subscription will fall within the purview of Related Party Transaction and the same will be done at arm’s length.
