Following this purchase, the aggregate holding of the promoter and persons acting in concert (PAC) has risen to 8,24,48,061 shares. This shift has adjusted the total promoter group stake to 58.81% of the total voting capital, based on an equity share capital of 14,01,88,845 shares of Re. 1 each. On a fully diluted basis, the promoters now hold 55.74% of the company’s capital.
