Financial Performance for Q3 2026
The Board has approved and taken on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports.
Re-appointment of Managing Director
Mr. B Thiagarajan has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further term commencing from April 1, 2026, to May 24, 2027. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
Appointment of Additional Directors
The Board has approved the following appointments, subject to shareholder approval:
- Mr. Mohit Sud as an Additional Director designated as an Executive Director – Unitary Cooling Products, effective from April 1, 2026.
- Mr. M S Unnikrishnan as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director, effective from January 29, 2026.
Directorate Changes
The second consecutive term of Mr. Sam Balsara as an Independent Director of the Company shall end on January 31, 2026.
Financial Results Overview
The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, showcase total revenues of ₹2,925.31 crores, compared to ₹2,807.36 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the period stood at ₹80.55 crores.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, total revenues reached ₹8,329.93 crores, with a net profit of ₹300.15 crores.
Segment-wise Performance
Key highlights from the segment-wise performance include:
- Electromechanical projects and commercial air conditioning systems: Revenue of ₹1,696.21 crores in Q3 2026.
- Unitary products: Revenue of ₹1,154.22 crores in Q3 2026.
- Professional electronics and industrial systems: Revenue of ₹74.88 crores in Q3 2026.
