Blue Star has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Jha as the new Group President, Manufacturing, effective November 5, 2025. This decision was made based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Mr. Jha will serve as a Senior Management Personnel, bringing extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations to the role.

About Manish Jha
Mr. Jha is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from NIT, Patna, with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM, Indore. He also holds a certification in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
He brings over 26 years of experience from Tata Motors and its Joint Venture, Tata Cummins, where he gained expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain. At Tata Cummins, he oversaw operations for six manufacturing units. Most recently, he served as Head of Supply Chain at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles.
