The facility can handle 2,283 tons daily and process 200,000 shipments.

Blue Dart, a leading express air and integrated transportation company in South Asia, inaugurated its largest Green Integrated Ground Hub in Pataudi, Haryana, on October 10, 2025. This facility aims to enhance connectivity, scalability, and efficiency across Blue Dart’s network while advancing its sustainability objectives.
Strategic Location and Enhanced Connectivity
Located 50 km from New Delhi airport, the Pataudi hub provides seamless multimodal connectivity with Delhi-NCR and major national expressways. This strategic positioning optimizes the center of gravity, reduces vehicle movement by 30%, and improves throughput speed by 10%, establishing it as a critical logistics center for North India.
Hub Capacity and Capabilities
The facility spans 50,558 sqm and integrates e-commerce, domestic express, and ground shipments under one operation. With an auto sorter capacity of 200,000 shipments per day and the ability to handle 2,283 tons daily, the Pataudi hub is designed to meet future demands until 2033. It features advanced automation, motorized conveyors, and streamlined load handovers to reduce dwell time and boost throughput by 10-15%.
Sustainability Initiatives
The hub incorporates GoGreen initiatives, including a 600 KVA rooftop solar plant, onsite EV charging, and natural skylights to minimize energy consumption. By consolidating operations and reducing vehicle trips, the facility lowers fuel use and emissions. This contributes to Blue Dart’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
