Strategic Expansion in Senegal and Cyprus

BLS International has announced the creation of two new subsidiaries, furthering its international expansion. These entities are BLS International Services (Senegal) SARL and BLS International Cyprus Limited. This strategic move was confirmed on October 29, 2025.

Details of New Subsidiaries

BLS International FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BLS International, has subscribed to 100% of the share capital in both of these entities. The shareholding details are as follows:

BLS International Services (Senegal) SARL: 100% Shareholding

BLS International Cyprus Limited: 100% Shareholding

Business Focus

Both new subsidiaries will focus on visa and passport processing services. BLS International Services (Senegal) SARL has a paid-up share capital of Francs CFA 1,00,000, while BLS International Cyprus Ltd has a paid-up share capital of Euro 1000. These acquisitions align with the company’s existing range of business activities.
