Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced changes to its senior management, effective December 1, 2025. Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia has been relieved from his role as Executive Director (NREB) to join NLC India Limited as Director (Projects & planning). Shri Sutripto De has been appointed as the new Head of NREB, Industry Sector, New Delhi.
Senior Management Departure
Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia, previously serving as Executive Director (NREB), Industry Sector, New Delhi, has been relieved from his duties at BHEL, effective December 1, 2025. He has been appointed as Director (Projects & planning) at NLC India Limited (NLCIL). His tenure with NLCIL is until May 24, 2028, or until the end of his lien with BHEL, whichever occurs earlier.
New Appointment at NREB
Effective December 2, 2025, Shri Sutripto De has been appointed as the new Head of NREB, Industry Sector, New Delhi. He previously held the position of General Manager. He will report to the Director (IS & P).

Shri Sutripto De holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. He joined BHEL on July 29, 1992, and has 33 years of service.
