Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has announced a key change in its leadership team. Shri Rajkumar Dubey, Director (Human Resources), has superannuated from his role effective March 31, 2026. Consequently, Shri Subhankar Sen, currently serving as Director (Marketing), has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Human Resources) by the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, effective April 1, 2026.
Executive Leadership Changes
Following the superannuation of Shri Rajkumar Dubey, who served as Director (Human Resources) at Bharat Petroleum, the company has initiated a transition in its corporate leadership. The change was formalized following the conclusion of the business day on March 31, 2026.
New Interim Oversight
To ensure continuity in the management of human resources, the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas has appointed Shri Subhankar Sen to hold the additional charge of Director (Human Resources). Shri Sen, who currently leads the company’s marketing division as Director (Marketing), officially assumed these additional responsibilities on April 1, 2026, based on the directive issued by the Ministry on March 30, 2026.
