M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited will replace M/s Alankit Assignments Limited as the new RTA, effective January 1, 2026. Details of the Transition
The current Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s Alankit Assignments Limited, will be replaced by M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited. The transition will be effective from January 1, 2026.
Reason for the Change
The change in RTA is due to the completion of the contract period with the existing RTA, M/s Alankit Assignments Limited, which concludes on December 31, 2025.
