Berger Paints India Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Amardeep Jain as the new Vice President & Group Head of Manufacturing, effective November 3, 2025. This appointment follows the unfortunate passing of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari. Mr. Jain, an IIT Delhi alumnus, brings 20 years of relevant experience to the role.
Leadership Change in Manufacturing
Mr. Amardeep Jain has been appointed as the Vice President & Group Head of Manufacturing at Berger Paints India Limited. He will officially assume this role starting November 3, 2025.
Reason for Appointment
This appointment became necessary due to the unfortunate demise of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari on September 13, 2025.
Amardeep Jain’s Background
Mr. Jain is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Delhi with 20 years of experience in the paint and process industry. He has worked with leading paint companies and other major corporations in India. He possesses expertise in large-scale manufacturing optimization, project execution, and organization building. Previously, he served as the Plant Head of a large paint manufacturing facility as its Associate General Manager Manufacturing.
Effective Date of Charge
While the appointment is effective from November 3, 2025, Mr. Jain will formally take charge on December 1, 2025. He will be undergoing an induction program until then.
