Bank of Baroda Appoints Statutory Central Auditors for FY 2025-26

Bank of Baroda has appointed five chartered accountant firms as Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26. Three are continuing SCAs, while two are newly appointed. The appointments follow regulations set by the SEBI (LODR). This change aims to ensure compliance and strengthen the bank’s audit processes for the upcoming fiscal year.

Statutory Auditor Appointments

Bank of Baroda has announced the appointment of its Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26. The announcement, dated November 27, 2025, details the firms selected to oversee the bank’s auditing processes.

Continuing Auditor Firms

The following firms will continue their role as SCAs:

  • M/s. Shah Gupta & Co., Mumbai
  • M/s. V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., Mumbai
  • M/s. Batliboi & Purohit, Mumbai

New Auditor Appointments

The newly appointed SCA firms are:

  • M/s Ravi Rajan & Co LLP, Delhi
  • M/s Gokhale & Sathe, Mumbai

Auditor Transitions

The new appointments come as M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co., Mumbai and M/s S Venkatram & Co LLP, Chennai complete their terms with the bank. This rotation is part of the bank’s regular process to ensure audit independence and compliance.
