  • United States: Regaining sales momentum through strong product quality and brand positioning, while sharing the tariff impact with channel partners.
  • India: Continues to outperform, supported by broad-based demand after GST reduction.
  • Europe: EUDR norms implementation deferred by one year to January 1, 2027.
  • Capex: Spent approximately INR 2,200 crores in the first 9 months of the fiscal year. An additional INR 300-400 crores is expected this fiscal year, with the balance in the next year.
  • Carbon Black: Commissioned a new line, bringing total capacity to 265,000 metric tons per annum.

Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has declared a third interim dividend of INR 4 per equity share, in addition to the INR 8 already paid in the previous two quarters.
