AWL Agri Business Q3 FY26 Revenue Up 10% to ₹18,603 Crore

AWL Agri Business reported a 10% YoY increase in revenue for Q3 FY26, reaching ₹18,603 Crore. The growth was driven by an 8% volume increase in the Edible Oil segment. Direct distribution now reaches 9.5 Lac outlets and over 60,000+ rural towns. The company is focused on strengthening its integrated value chain and scaling alternate distribution channels.

Financial Highlights for Q3 FY26

AWL Agri Business announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, showcasing strong growth and strategic advancements. Key highlights include:

  • Highest-ever LTM revenue: ₹71,497 Crore
  • Q3 FY26 Revenue: ₹18,603 Crore, up 10% year-on-year and 6% sequentially
  • Edible Oil Volume Growth: 8% YoY in Q3 FY26
  • Alternate Channel Revenues (LTM): Crossed ₹4,800 crore
  • Quick Commerce (Q-com) Volume Growth: Up 65% YoY, with LTM revenues exceeding ₹1,200+ crore
  • Direct Distribution Reach: 9.5 Lac outlets and over 60,000+ rural towns

Segment Performance

Edible Oil: The segment recorded a volume growth of 8%, delivering revenue of ₹15,025 crore. Packed oils grew faster than institutional sales. Mustard oil showed strong double-digit growth.

Food & FMCG: Revenues exceeded ₹1,648 crore. Wheat business revenues grew by 4% YoY for 9M FY26. Quarterly rice market share improved from 5.0% in Q3 FY25 to 11.9% in Q3 FY26.

Industry Essentials: The segment delivered 6% YoY volume growth in 9M FY26, with revenue of approximately ₹6,255 crore. Oleochemicals contribute around 30% of segment volumes.

Distribution Network Expansion

Direct reach has expanded to over 949,000 outlets as of December 2025, from approximately 600,000 outlets in March 2023. Rural town coverage increased from ~13,000 to over 60,000 towns.

Alternate Channels Growth

Alternate channels (E-com, Q-com, Modern Trade) delivered volume growth of 42% in Q3 FY26. On a trailing twelve months (TTM) basis, these channels crossed a topline of ₹4,800 crore. The Q-commerce channel continues to outpace other channels, contributing roughly 30% of volumes within alternate channels.

Project Updates

The recently operational integrated food complex at Gohana, built with an investment of approximately ₹1,500 crore, is now fully operational.
