ASK Automotive’s Board has approved the unaudited financial results for Q3 2026 and the nine months ending December 31, 2025. The Board has also approved, subject to shareholder approval, the re-appointment of four Independent Directors for a second term of three years. Key re-appointments are effective April/May 2026. Financial Performance
The Board of Directors has approved both standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for Q3 2026 (October-December) and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The results were reviewed by the statutory auditors. Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹860.00 Crore and total income was ₹871.81 Crore. The profit after tax for the same period was ₹60.78 Crore.
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for Q3 2026 was ₹1,084.22 Crore and total income was ₹1,088.88 Crore. Profit after tax came in at ₹79.92 Crore.
Director Re-appointments
Subject to shareholder approval, the Board has approved the re-appointment of the following Independent Directors for a second term of three years:
- Mrs. Deepti Sehgal, effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029.
- Mr. Kumaresh Chandra Misra, effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029.
- Mr. Vinay Kumar Piparsania, effective May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029.
- Mr. Yogesh Kapur, effective May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029.
All re-appointed directors are non-executive independent directors.
Global Expansion Initiatives
During the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, ASK Automotive incorporated a joint venture, ASK GTD Control Cables Private Limited, collaborating with T.D. Holding GMBH. The initiative aims to manufacture and market sunroof control cables and helix cables for passenger vehicles.
