Financial Performance in Q3 FY26
Arvind Ltd. announced its Q3 FY26 results, showcasing significant growth. Revenue reached ₹2,373 Cr, a 14% increase compared to the same quarter last year. EBITDA rose to ₹286 Cr, reflecting a 15% growth, and margins surpassed 12%.
Segment Highlights
The AMD segment delivered record performance, with revenue growing by 32% to ₹496 Cr and a margin expansion to 15.5%. Garmenting volume achieved over 10 Mn+ pcs for the second consecutive quarter, with revenue growth of 23%.
Volume Growth
Denim fabric volume increased by 16% to 13.9 Mn meters, while woven fabric volume grew by 5% to 36.7 Mn meters. Garmenting division also experienced growth, with volumes up 11%.
EBITDA Margin
Margin improvement programs enabled EBITDA margin to cross 12%. Textile division achieved revenue of ₹1,717 Cr, up 9%, with EBITDA of ₹193 Cr at 11.2% margin. Garmenting division revenue stood at ₹493 Cr, up 23%.
AMD Performance
The AMD division reported its highest ever quarterly revenue and EBITDA of ₹496 Cr (up 32%) and ₹77 Cr (up 36%) respectively. AMD EBITDA margin reached 15.5% due to higher growth leading to better operating leverage.
Net Profit
Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹125 Cr, up 17%.
Sustainability Initiatives
Arvind’s sustainability score improved, achieving a global rank of 6th in the Textiles sector by S&P DJSI.
Guidance for Q4 FY26
The company anticipates continued growth, with textile revenue expected to increase by 10-12% and AMD revenue by 17-20% for the full year. Growth capex guidance for the full year is estimated at ₹400-450 Cr.
