The newly formed Arvind PD International FZ-LLC will primarily focus on the manufacturing and processing of fibre glass products, along with related industrial products. This strategic move allows Arvind Limited to tap into new markets and strengthen its position in the fibre glass industry.
Subsidiary Details
Arvind PD International FZ-LLC is based in the UAE and has an authorized capital of AED 150,000, divided into 150 shares of AED 1,000 each. As of January 28, 2026, the company is yet to commence its business operations.
