The following key appointments are effective from January 22, 2026:

  • Mrs. Padma Chandrasekaran: Appointed as Non-Executive Chairperson.
  • Mr. P. Ranjit: Designated as Executive Vice Chairman for a term of five years, until January 21, 2031.
  • Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan: Appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term, also until January 21, 2031.

Executive Resignation

Mr. N. R. Kannan, a key managerial personnel and Executive Director, has resigned from his position due to personal and family reasons. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026.

Mr. P. Ranjit

Mr. Ranjit, aged 51, has been with Archean Chemical Industries as a Promoter Director. He has been instrumental in strategic transformation. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Illinois, USA, with over two decades of experience in the chemical and specialty materials industry.

Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan

Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan, aged 51, brings over 28 years of business leadership experience to Archean Chemical Industries. Previously, he served as MD & CEO of Mahindra Logistics Limited from 2019 to 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a PGDM in Finance & Strategy.
