Financial Results Review
During the meeting, the board will review and approve the Unaudited Financial Results, both on a Standalone and Consolidated basis, for the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year, which ended on December 31, 2025. These results will be subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the company.
Trading Window Closure
As previously announced on December 27, 2025, the trading window for company securities remains closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This restriction will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for Q3, 2026.
