Strategic Acquisition of Zillion Hotels
The company has acquired control of Zillion Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, which owns a hotel in Juhu, Mumbai, for a total consideration of ₹224.76 crores. As of December 31, 2025, 76% of shareholding has been transferred with the remaining share to be transferred as per agreed terms. This acquisition is expected to strengthen Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels’ presence in the Mumbai region.
Fishermans Grove Resorts Acquisition
Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has also acquired Fishermans Grove Resorts Private Limited, which owns a hotel property in Kerala, for a total consideration of ₹20.50 crores. This acquisition adds to the company’s portfolio and presence in key leisure destinations. A total of ₹16.30 crores have been paid and the balance will be paid within 10 months.
