Financial Performance Highlights
APAR Industries announced its consolidated results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, showcasing significant growth:
- Revenue for Q2 FY26 reached ₹5,715 crores, a 23.1% increase YoY.
- Domestic business grew by 14.5% YoY.
- Export increased significantly by 43.1% compared to Q2 FY25.
- US business demonstrated substantial growth at 129.6% compared to Q2 FY25.
- PAT grew by 30.0% YoY, reaching ₹252 crores in Q2 FY26.
Half-Yearly (H1 FY26) Performance
The company also achieved record half-yearly figures:
- Revenue reached ₹10,820 crores, a 25.0% increase YoY.
- EBITDA grew by 25.5% to ₹1,000 crores.
- PAT stood at ₹515 crores, a 29.9% increase compared to H1 FY25.

- Revenue reached ₹3,100 crores in Q2, a 34.9% increase YoY.
- H1 revenue came in at ₹5,885 crores, up 39.0%.
- Total Volume increased by 16.2% YoY.
- Export mix stood at 24.2% in Q2 FY26.
- Premium products mix stands at 45.4% in Q2 FY26 as against 42.2% in Q2 FY25.
Speciality Oils
- Q2 revenue remained relatively flat YoY.
- Export mix was 43.2% in Q2 FY26 compared to 44.7% in Q2 FY25.
- EBITDA post forex grew by 16.0% YoY to reach ₹94 crores.
Cable Solutions
- Q2 FY26 revenue came in at ₹ 1,535 crores, up 25.1% YoY.
- H1 FY26 revenue grew 30.2% YoY to ₹ 2,954 crores.
- Exports up 82.6% YoY and 76.2% YoY.
- US sales grew 121.2% YoY.
- EBITDA post forex grew 32.0% YoY.
