Angel One Board Approves Business Unit in GIFT City, Q2 Financials Released

Angel One’s Board of Directors has approved setting up a business unit in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, subject to regulatory approvals. The board also approved and recorded the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY2026. Q2 FY2026 profit after tax stood at ₹2,363.13 million on a standalone basis and ₹2,117.30 million on a consolidated basis.

Angel One’s Board has given the go-ahead for establishing a new business unit in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The establishment is conditional upon securing necessary regulatory and statutory approvals. Further disclosures will be made as required by applicable regulations.

  • Revenue from operations: ₹22,962.77 million
  • Profit before tax: ₹4,996.77 million
  • Profit after tax: ₹3,702.26 million
