Interim Dividend Declared

The Board of Directors has declared a first interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, set at ₹23 per share for equity shares with a face value of ₹10. The record date for dividend eligibility is January 21, 2026, and payment will occur on or before February 13, 2026.

Stock Split Approved

In a move to improve stock accessibility, the Board has approved a sub-division/split of existing equity shares. One share with a face value of ₹10 will be split into 10 shares with a face value of ₹1 each. The aim is to make the company’s shares more affordable, encouraging greater participation from retail investors.

Strategic Business Decision

The Board has decided to withdraw a previously proposed transfer of its securities broking, depository participant, mutual fund distribution, and research analyst businesses to Angel Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. This decision follows a reassessment of internal and external factors, deemed prudent in the company’s and stakeholders’ interests.

For the quarter ending December 31, 2025, Angel One reported total revenues from operations of ₹36,771.85 million and a profit after tax of ₹6,712.65 million.
