Cessation of Independent Directors

The following Independent Directors have ceased to hold office upon completing the maximum permissible tenure:

- Mrs. Sudha Pravin Navandar (DIN: 02804964)
Each director completed their second consecutive term of five (5) years in this capacity. The company specified that this departure is consequent only to the completion of tenure and is not related to any resignation, disqualification, or other adverse reasons.
Board Transition and Acknowledgment
As a result of this change, the departing directors also cease to be chairman or members of various board committees.
