Revenue for the first half of the financial year reached ₹5,096 Crore, a 25% increase compared to ₹4,086 Crore in H1 FY25. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹361 Crore, up from ₹320 Crore, and PAT amounted to ₹74 Crore.
Q2 FY26 Performance
For the second quarter, revenue was ₹1,647 Crore, a slight decrease from ₹1,685 Crore in Q2 FY25. Operating EBITDA was ₹98 Crore, and the company reported a PAT of ₹(32) Crore.

Electronics Division Expansion
The Electronics Division continues its expansion with a new multi-layer PCB facility in Hosur and a facility expansion in Pune. There’s also a planned investment of ₹991 Cr over the scheme tenure for the Hosur facility, and trial production is expected to commence by Q2FY27.
Railway Sub-systems & Defense Division
This division reported an order book visibility of ₹2,600+ Cr. Sidwal’s greenfield facility is expected to commence trial operations from Q3FY26 and commercial production from Q4FY26.
Power-One Micro Systems Acquisition
ILJIN Electronics acquired a 60% stake in Power-One Micro Systems. This is expected to strengthen the Electronic Division’s presence in the industrial application sector.
