On December 10, 2025, JSW Paints Limited acquired 60.76% shareholding. Following this, JSW Paints became the Promoter and Holding Company.
Board Composition Changes
Mr. Parth Jindal was appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman on January 9, 2026. Mr. Rajiv Rajgopal was re-designated as “Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer”. Mr. Shantanu Maharaj Khosla was appointed as an Independent Director effective January 9, 2026.
