Appointment of New Director

This appointment is for a term of 5 years, extending up to January 29, 2031, and is subject to the approval of the shareholders within three months.

Director’s Qualifications

The company confirms that Mr. Shukla meets the independence criteria as defined under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other authority. Mr. Shukla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 44 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has held leadership roles, including Managing Director and CEO positions, for over 18 years in multinational corporations in India.

Previous Roles

Prior to joining AIA Engineering, Mr. Shukla retired from Shell Group in March 2017. He served as Managing Director & CEO of Hazira LNG Pvt. Ltd. and Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. for around 15 years. His past roles include serving as Managing Director of Gujarat Powergen Energy Corporation Ltd. and Executive Director of Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation Ltd. (GTEC).
