Financial Performance Overview
AGI Greenpac’s revenue from operations stood at ₹634 Cr for Q3 FY26, compared to ₹658 Cr in Q3 FY25 and ₹602 Cr in Q2 FY26. EBITDA (excl. other income) for Q3 FY26 was ₹150 Cr with a margin of 23.7%.
Segment Results
Packaging Products revenue for Q3 FY26 reached ₹628 Cr with EBITDA of ₹163 Cr, reflecting a margin of 26.0%.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
The container glass de-bottlenecking project, boosting capacity to 1,900 TPD, has been fully completed. The specialty glass expansion to 200 TPD is on track for completion by March 2026.
Madhya Pradesh Greenfield Plant
The 500 TPD greenfield container glass plant in Madhya Pradesh is progressing as planned, with civil construction underway and equipment procurement in progress. Commissioning is scheduled for March 2027, enhancing glass container capacity by approximately 25%.
Aluminum Beverage Cans Entry
AGI’s entry into the aluminum beverage cans market is on schedule, with an annual capacity of 1.6 billion cans currently in the final stages of equipment procurement.
