Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL) announced substantial growth in its Q2 FY26 financial results:

EBITDA: ₹1,374.5 million, also a 26% rise.

PAT: ₹539.4 million, marking a significant 142% jump.
The revenue share is split with 56.5% from Gas Terminalling and 43.5% from Liquid Terminalling.
Strategic Expansion and Acquisitions
AVTL is actively expanding its infrastructure and service offerings:

Acquisition: Approved acquisition of a 75% stake in Hindustan Aegis LPG Ltd (HALPG), adding 25,000 MT of LPG capacity and an East Coast presence in Haldia.

New LPG Terminals: Commissioned at Pipavav (48,000 MT) and Mangalore (82,000 MT), now contributing to revenue.

JNPA Expansion: ₹1,675 crore expansion underway, adding 318,100 cbm liquid capacity, a 77,286 MT LPG terminal, and a 35,000 MT p.a. bottling plant.

Ammonia Terminal: India’s first independent ammonia terminal (36,000 MT) under construction at Pipavav, expected completion before Q1 FY27.

Future Investments
The company is committed to significant capital expenditure:

Haldia Terminal Expansion
The Haldia terminal (West Bengal) offers East Coast access and integrates storage, terminalling and bottling at one site, strengthening AVTL’s pan-India network.
LPG Capacity Expansion
The company has a total LPG capacity of 225,800 MT following capacity additions. AVTL also benefits from connectivity of our LPG storage facilities to Jamnagar-Loni Pipeline & Kandla-Gorakhpur Pipeline, as well as Pipavav terminal existing connectivity through rail.
