Aegis Vopak Acquires Greenfield Terminal from Aegis Logistics for ₹502.5 Crore

Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited has executed a Framework Agreement to acquire a Greenfield Terminal from Aegis Logistics Limited (ALL), a promoter company, for ₹502.5 crore. The terminal includes 77,286 MT of LPG storage, 318,100 cbm of liquid product storage, and an LPG Bottling Plant with a capacity of 35,000 MT per annum, located at Jawaharlal Nehru Port. The acquisition is expected to enhance Aegis Vopak’s infrastructure.

Strategic Acquisition Agreement

Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited announced on November 5, 2025, the execution of a Framework Agreement with Aegis Logistics Limited (ALL) for the acquisition of a Greenfield Terminal. ALL is a promoter company of Aegis Vopak Terminals.

Terminal Details and Capacity

The Greenfield Terminal, located at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPA), includes significant infrastructure assets:

  • 77,286 MT LPG storage capacity
  • 318,100 cbm liquid product storage
  • LPG Bottling Plant with 35,000 MT per annum capacity

This project, known as the “J2 Project,” will be constructed and developed by ALL.

Financial Terms

Aegis Vopak will pay ALL ₹502.5 crore (Indian Rupees Five hundred two crore fifty lakh only) upon the execution of the Framework Agreement.

Related Party Transaction

Since ALL is a promoter of Aegis Vopak, this transaction is considered a related party transaction but will be conducted on an arm’s length basis. Upon completion of the project, Asset Transfer Agreements will be executed separately with ALL.
