Aegis Logistics Subsidiary AVTL Enters Framework Agreement with SCL

Aegis Logistics announces that its subsidiary, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), has entered into a Framework Agreement with Sea Lord Containers Limited (SCL), another subsidiary. AVTL intends to engage SCL for the development of infrastructure, specifically an LPG Rail Loading Infrastructure and Bottling Plant, at New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA). SCL will receive ₹52.50 crore upon execution of the Framework Agreement.

Framework Agreement Overview

Aegis Logistics has announced a Framework Agreement between Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL) and Sea Lord Containers Limited (SCL) as of January 30, 2026. The agreement outlines AVTL’s intent to utilize SCL for setting up infrastructure, including an LPG Rail Loading Infrastructure and Bottling Plant, at the New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA).

Financial Details

Under the terms of the Framework Agreement, SCL will receive INR 52,50,00,000 (₹52.50 crore) from AVTL upon execution. This funding is earmarked for the project’s initial phases. AVTL will eventually execute the Asset Transfer Agreement(s) after project completion.
