During the quarter, Aegis Logistics Limited and its subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited entered into a Business Transfer Agreement for the transfer of a Gas storage undertaking at Pipavav location from ALL to AVTL on a slump sale basis. The company has recognized a profit of ₹1,144.1 million related to this transfer which is included under other income.

Dividend Declaration

The Company had declared and paid an Interim dividend of 200% i.e. ₹2 per share of face value of ₹1 each for the financial year 2025-26 to the shareholders of the Company as on record date June 25, 2025.
