Aegis Logistics JV to Develop Greenfield Terminal Project at Jawaharlal Nehru Port

Aegis Logistics and Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL) will construct a Greenfield Terminal at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPA). The project includes 77,286 MT LPG storage, 318,100 cbm liquid products storage, and a 35,000 MT pa LPG Bottling Plant. Aegis Logistics will construct and develop the facility, which will then be acquired by AVTL upon completion. The deal is worth INR 5,02,50,00,000.

Greenfield Terminal Development

Aegis Logistics Limited and its associate company, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), have executed a Framework Agreement to construct and develop a Greenfield Terminal at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPA). The agreement was formalized on November 05, 2025. Aegis Logistics will undertake the construction and development of the project.

Project Details and Capacity

The Greenfield Terminal will include significant storage and processing capacities:

  • 77,286 MT of LPG storage capacity
  • 318,100 cbm of liquid products storage
  • A 35,000 MT pa LPG Bottling Plant

Financial Details

Aegis Logistics will receive a total of INR 5,02,50,00,000 from AVTL upon the execution of the Framework Agreement. Following the construction and development, AVTL will acquire the assets through a separate Asset Transfer Agreement.
