Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Grants Stock Options and PSUs Under ESOP Scheme 2025

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced the grant of stock options and Performance Stock Units (PSUs) to eligible employees under its ESOP Scheme 2025. A total of 9,82,768 stock options and 2,24,032 PSUs were granted. Vesting will occur over three years, from 2027 to 2029, with 33.33% vesting each year. The exercise period is within 5 years from the date of vesting.

ESOP Scheme 2025 Details

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has approved the grant of stock options and Performance Stock Units (PSUs) to its eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2025 (ESOP Scheme 2025). The decision was made on January 7, 2026.

Stock Option Grant

A total of 9,82,768 stock options were granted. Each stock option is convertible into one equity share with a face value of ₹5. The exercise price is ₹849.95.

PSU Grant

The company granted 2,24,032 PSUs. Each PSU is convertible into one equity share with a face value of ₹5.

Vesting Schedule

Both stock options and PSUs will vest over three tranches from 2027 to 2029. The vesting schedule is as follows:

  • 1st year: 33.33%
  • 2nd year: 33.33%
  • 3rd year: 33.33%

Exercise Period

The time within which stock options/PSUs may be exercised is 5 years from the date of vesting.
