Vesting and Exercise Period
The vesting period for options is as follows:
- Options: 33.33% vest each year over 3 years, starting from the 1st anniversary of the grant date.
- PSUs: 100% vest at the end of the 3rd year from the grant date.
Stock Options can be exercised within 5 years from the date of vesting.
