Suresh P Manglani has been reappointed as Executive Director of Adani Total Gas, effective February 9, 2026, for a term of one year. This decision follows the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.

Extensive Industry Experience

Manglani brings over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. His prior roles include positions with British Gas and BP Plc joint ventures in India, focusing on city gas distribution (CGD) businesses. Before joining Adani Total Gas, he was associated with GAIL and Mahanagar Gas Limited, as well as Reliance Industries Limited where he held senior leadership positions. Since September 2018, he has been serving Adani Total Gas as Chief Executive Officer.

Focus on Growth and Efficiency

Manglani’s reappointment aims to leverage his extensive expertise in managing city gas distribution operations and driving operational excellence. He is known as a proponent of digitalisation and process transformation, which are critical for the company’s continued growth. He possesses extensive experience in managing profit and loss responsibilities and the gas business value chain, as well as petroleum retail and policy advocacy.
