Adani Green Incorporates New Step-Down Subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Seven Limited

Adani Green Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Green, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L), on January 2, 2026. AE7L will focus on renewable energy generation. The authorized and paid-up share capital of AE7L is ₹1,00,000 each.

Adani Green Energy Limited has announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary. The newly formed entity, named Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L), will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary under Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L).

Key Details of Incorporation

The incorporation of AE7L was finalized on January 2, 2026. According to the official statement, AE7L has an authorized share capital of ₹1,00,000. The initial paid-up share capital is also ₹1,00,000.

Business Objectives

AE7L’s primary business objective is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit and sell power or electrical energy from renewable sources, including wind and solar energy. As of the announcement, AE7L is yet to commence business operations.
