Adani Green Incorporates Two New Step-Down Subsidiary Companies

Adani Green Energy Limited has announced the incorporation of two new step-down subsidiary companies, Adani Ecogen Eight Limited (AE8L) and Adani Ecogen Six Limited (AE6L), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L). Both AE8L and AE6L have an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000 each. As of January 6, 2026, neither entity has commenced business operations.

New Subsidiary Incorporation

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has expanded its subsidiary network with the incorporation of Adani Ecogen Eight Limited (“AE8L”) on January 05, 2026, and Adani Ecogen Six Limited (“AE6L”) on January 06, 2026. These companies were formed through Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (“AREH11L”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGEL.

Details of the New Entities

Both AE8L and AE6L have an authorized capital of ₹1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. Currently, neither AE6L nor AE8L has commenced business operations.

Business Objective

The primary objective of AE6L and AE8L is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply power or electrical energy using renewable sources like wind and solar energy.
