Adani Green Energy has announced the incorporation of several new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries. These include Adani Hydro Energy Eleven Limited (“AHE11L”) and Adani Hydro Energy Twelve Limited (“AHE12L”) incorporated on October 13, 2025, along with Adani Hydro Energy Fifteen Limited (“AHE15L”) on October 14, 2025, and Adani Hydro Energy Fourteen Limited (“AHE14L”) and Adani Hydro Energy Seventeen Limited (“AHE17L”) on October 15, 2025.
New Subsidiaries Incorporated
Adani Green Energy, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, has recently incorporated several new step-down subsidiaries. These entities are 100% owned and aim to contribute to the company’s renewable energy portfolio. This announcement was made on October 15, 2025.
Details of the New Entities
The newly incorporated subsidiaries are:
- Adani Hydro Energy Eleven Limited (“AHE11L”)
- Adani Hydro Energy Twelve Limited (“AHE12L”)
- Adani Hydro Energy Fifteen Limited (“AHE15L”)
- Adani Hydro Energy Fourteen Limited (“AHE14L”)
- Adani Hydro Energy Seventeen Limited (“AHE17L”)
AHE11L and AHE12L were incorporated on October 13, 2025. AHE15L was incorporated on October 14, 2025, and AHE14L and AHE17L were incorporated on October 15, 2025. Each entity has an authorized capital of ₹1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. As of the announcement, these companies are yet to commence business operations.
Purpose of the New Subsidiaries
The main objective of AHE11L, AHE12L, AHE14L, AHE15L, and AHE17L is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy, or other renewable sources of energy. These incorporations are aimed at expanding Adani Green Energy’s capabilities in the renewable energy sector.
