Transition Period
Mr. Jhaveri will serve as Interim CFO until a permanent Chief Financial Officer is appointed by the Board. The company has stated that Mr. Jhaveri will continue to fulfill the responsibilities of the CFO role during this transition period.

Mr. Jhaveri brings over 30 years of experience in the energy, gas, healthcare, wind power, chemical, textile, and pharma sectors. His expertise spans finance, accounts, taxation, MIS, budgeting, system audits, internal audits, statutory audits, and financial controls.
He joined Adani Gas in 2007 and has been serving as Financial Controller, overseeing financial accounting, compliance, and cash flow management.
